1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought on Final Sale

  • Used/damaged products due to misuse

3. Wrong / Defective Product

If you receive:

  • Wrong item

  • Damaged item

  • Manufacturing defect

Share photos & order details within 48 hours of delivery for verification.

4. Refunds

Once the return is approved and inspected:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank/wallet

5. Exchange

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever available

  • In some areas, customers may need to self-ship the product

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return instead.
